My name is Natalina, and I’m the founder of Alina Homes. I established the company in 2017 after leaving a corporate sales role in the building products sector to pursue my own path—specialising in the supply of high-quality windows and doors.

What is the lead time on orders?
Lead times can vary between 5 - 7 days and can range up to 8 weeks depending on the final product and options selected including custom colours etc. Contact us for an accurate lead time.
What payment options are there?
If you buy a product on our website you will have Paypal or credit / debit card payment options. If you order over the phone or via email we will send you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer.
Do you offer installation services?
We work with a few trusted window and door installers throughout the UK. We can organise a team to come out to you to measure up and fit your products or you can find your own team. Contact us for more details.
Will there be a time slot for delivery?
Yes we give you delivery date and time slot so you can make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.
What's your opening hours?
Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can email us at anytime including weekends and we will do our best to get back to you asap.
